Grading explained
New: A new, unused map in perfect condition
Like new: A map that has been used, but has no noticeable flaws or defects
Very good: A used map has minimal wear no creases (other than those caused by folding) or tears, may have minor age marking or other discolouration, 
Good: May have creasing that is not consistent with normal folding, may have age toning or wear, no pen or pencil marking of map. May have small pin hole along fold lines. May have wear along the fold lines. 
Fair: Map may have wear, small chip or tears. May be marked or have pen or pencil markings but not on map face.  
Poor: A map with considerable wear, creasing and or tears, holes, marking in pen or pencil on map face. Map may be considered for use or of historic or local interest.
