Title:  Rome and Canterbury Through Four Centuries

Summary: The book examines the relationship between the Roman Catholic Church (based in Rome) and the Anglican Churches (centered on Canterbury) from the early Reformation period (~1530) through to the modern era (around 1973

It is especially focused on ecumenical (church-unity) issues, theological and institutional tensions, and efforts toward reconciliation. For example, one reviewer notes that the authors “give us a well-researched Anglo-Catholic overview of relations between Rome and Canterbury”.
